The size of the idlis can be therefore altered in the panel. • Cooking of Idlis - The trays move automatically into the steaming zone where the idlis are cooked. Softness of the idlis can be altered anytime as per requirement by varying the pressure and cooking time. • Scooping of Idlis - Scooping system placed at the end of the system enables to push the idlis from the machine to containers. These idlis can be directly served. • Automatic cleaning of pans - The trays get cleaned after every cycle by means of a special cleaning system. Capacity: 1200-5000 Idlis/hour.
