Hi guys, a short video today showing what I call the Fundamental Five. These are a group of five exercises that I believe are vital for future strength progress. They include pushing, pulling, core, and lower body movements, and should be perfected before moving onto the more demanding and challenging exercises out there. You should aim to be able to perform the following number of reps for each movement; Push-ups x 20 Triceps dips x 10 Pull-ups x 10 Hanging knee raises x 10 Deep squats x 20 The Fundamental Five are examined in detail in my forthcoming book, COMPLETE CALISTHENICS, due to be released early next year, as well as dozens of other bodyweight movements.
