Gambit ST6 Partner Project with Linear Integration

Gambit replaces 15-Five as the organization's weekly planning system. It introduces the RCDO hierarchy (Rally Cries → Defining Objectives → Outcomes) as a structural backbone for every weekly commitment, with a "chess layer" that forces structured prioritization tradeoffs. Linear is explored as a bidirectional data integration, not just a development tool. The goal is to bridge the gap between where engineers track work (Linear / GitHub issues) and where managers track strategic alignment (Gambit). GitHub is covered transitively through Linear's native issue mirroring, giving developers commit visibility in their existing GitHub workflow without a separate integration.
