gm_interiorspaces - messing around with logic

Hello! This is the new map I'm working on aside from gm_fortkresge. That's more of a long term thing tbh! This one is meant to be my take on the sort of packed indoor exploration map that you find on the workshop, but I also wanted to try and not take advantage of seamless teleports as much since they tend to break things when playing multiplayer or with npcs. This showcases two areas, the bedrooms and the unfinished house. Each has some geometry changing, the former is fairly dramatic with entire areas loading and unloading just out of sight while the latter involves tricky doors. I've still got to refine the unfinished house to make the door cutout less obvious when the door disappears, but I'm honestly overall very happy with the results I've gotten here.
