Godot Tactics Tutorial - Part 4 - State Machine

This is part 4 of the Godot Tactics tutorial series. In this section we'll be setting up the State Machine to control the logic of our battles. This one follows the written tutorial a bit closer, with the only notable change is that we add "@abstract" to a couple classes, which was introduced in 4.5 and not available in earlier versions. This is a conversion of the Tactics tutorial on theLiquidFire.com from Unity3d to Godot in GDScript. I've been posting written versions as a guest author for a while and am nearing completion of the written series. The aim of this tutorial is to create something like Final Fantasy Tactics.
