i figured out that i should mostly spend time just focusing on full spinal and front/back splits flexibility for now. for April it was twice a week, 45 min back & 45 minute split work on the same day. really tried to warm up before hand, but most of my free time is in the morning so my body hasn't moved much through the day yet. the warmup really set the tone for how much i far i felt i could make my body go.
