Practicing gratitude is a healthy and heart warming practice. In this video excerpt from a live training, I'm sharing some suggestions about practicing gratitude and I'm leading a brief guided meditation practice to help you cultivate natural feelings of gratitude.
This is an unscripted spontaneous meditation and at some point I may refine it for a final version if I get enough feedback that this meditation is helpful.
