Hamstring Stretch - Foot on Wall - Seated

You should feel this stretch on the back side of your leg. We will be using the wall to keep your foot where we want it. Sit on the floor one leg length away from and facing the wall. Get your non stretching leg out of the way. Straighten your stretching leg out so your foot touches the wall. Make sure it's straight and lined up with your body. You can place your hands on the ground and lift your chest to deepen the stretch. If you want more, turn your chest slightly toward your stretching leg. If you want more still you can lean forward at the hip. Hold for 30-60s & switch sides.
