Handstand, Toe Pull, Progressions
Handstand toe pulls are an exercise that helps you learn to balance in a handstand. Specifically, toe pulls teach you how to control underbalance by opening the shoulder angle, and how to manage overbalance by pushing through your fingers, wrists and shoulders. In this video, I’m going to cover three progressions you can use to improve your handstand balance.
