The ex-couple in today’s case is fighting over money. The plaintiff claims that when they were together, the defendant always wanted to go out to dinner. He said he spent a lot of money on taking his ex out to eat and gained a lot of weight in the process! Now, he is suing his ex-girlfriend for an unpaid loan. The defendant, however, insists that a man should take care of his queen. She claims that the money was a gift because there was never an agreement about her repaying the money.
