I love what I do and am happy to share it. How I dub anime comics: 1 - I look for a comic with an interesting plot and beautiful drawings. Often I completely rewrite the dialogues with my own. 2 - I use Photoshop to edit scenes, remove text and add what I like. 3 - I record my voice and the voices of my friends. I have a mini-studio at home. 4 - I use Final Cut Pro to edit videos. I add interesting sounds that will add emotions to the characters.
