Harmonic Oscillator | Advanced Scanning
With its scanning circuitry that allows for voltage control over Width (how wide the scanning band is) Center (where the scanning band is) and Tilt (high or low preference) the Harmonic Oscillator’s Master output is capable of generating a wide array of sounds through cleaver use of introducing control voltage into its Scanning Section. Inspired by the idea of the harmonics “strumming” out, we cycled the top envelope of the Multi-Envelope and sent one of its shapes to the “center” CV input which in effect, scanned the individual harmonics 8 to 1 following the shape. The “width” received control voltage from the bottom envelope of the Multi-Envelope which was triggered by multiple stage outputs of the top envelope, which, allowed for the width to only “open up” after the scanning took place. Further, a light amount of F.M. was added via the modulation oscillator of the Complex Oscillator. For Technical Information & More: http://www.verboselectronics.com/products/harmonic-oscillator
