In the presentation we look at guidance and techniques for Hazard Assessment which is an important part of developing your HACCP System as per CODEX Guidelines for HACCP application, and as such is included in the requirements of GFSI recognized Food Safety Management System Certification Schemes including SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and IFS. The session concludes with an open food safety Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to raise questions and discuss real-world challenges.
