Hecq - Dis

Track 3/12, from Night Falls (Hymen Records ¥767). Everything seems to fade out after Never Leave, your head aches more and more, what looks like the present is blurring around you... And finally, sounds from an other world appears in your thoughts. You realize that you didn't choose to leave the Earth for a space travel. You were walking along a dark road, in the night. You wore black clothes and just wanted to lose yourself under the stars, thinking that nobody would disturb you. It's cold but the sky stays clear, and the only noise troubling the stillness of your world in your footsteps on the ground. You were concentrated on your steps. Too much to hear a car coming behind you. You didn't notice it, and the conductor didn't see you. Tires were screeching but it was too late, and the ineluctable happened. Reality catches you and the memories hit violently your brain like the waves crash against the cliffs. The pictures from your former life pass before your eyes in a chaotic way, appearing like bright flashes on 2:20 and regularly during the track. Globally, the second part of the track, after the car crash, is a sort of auditive no man's land, alternating distant industrial echoes with glitchy noises representing the flashbacks. You passed out, overwhelmed by your memories and the awareness of your situation, and derivating aimlessly in the void.
