Hemphill Elementary School is a "No Place for Hate" campus in Hays CISD in Kyle, Texas. This "Bully Free" rap demonstrates our commitment to anti-bullying. Led by fifth grade teacher, Mr. "Vanilla" Price, our students reach out to one another to model respect, become friends, and show everyone that Hemphill Elementary is "Bully Free!"
