Hiking Mount Monadnock
September 9, 2017 - Located in the towns of Jaffrey and Dublin New Hampshire, Mount Monadnock, standing at 3,165 feet, is one of the most frequently climbed mountains in the world. The popularity of Monadnock is well deserved-- it's super fun! We had a perfect day on Monadnock both in terms of temperature and visibility. We took the White Dot trail up and White Cross down (the most popular route, and the recommendation from a ranger at the parking lot). The kids absolutely loved the many scrambling sections and incredible views. Though the summit was fairly crowded and there were a few congestion points, the popularity of this mountain shouldn't keep hikers from checking it out. Amazing views... Close proximity to Boston... Perfect for families. FYI - no dogs allowed. Definitely want to hike this one again and check out new trails up. Music by me. -Greg More hiking videos: Mount Holyoke: https://youtu.be/etQr2kFWe8A Mount Washington: https://youtu.be/pCHIlqnqm10 SUBSCRIBE to Running With Cameras: http://bit.ly/subRunningWithCameras FOLLOW ME: https://www.instagram.com/running_w_cameras/
