HonCC's Diesel Mechanics Technology Program

If you’re good with your hands and have always liked fixing things, our Diesel Mechanics Technology (DISL) program could be just what you’re looking for. In our Diesel Mechanics Technology (DISL) program you’ll learn about heavy duty truck engines and chassis components, and how to repair and maintain heavy duty truck equipment. You’ll also develop proficiency in the maintenance and repair of diesel engines, fuel and electrical systems, driveline and suspension components, and hydraulic systems and heating ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC). Admission into the program takes place every other Fall semester.
