Sometimes, I crave a little more flavor than white flour bread can provide. This wholesome bread answers the call with a satisfying whole-grain, slightly sweet texture.
200 g of whole wheat flour (approx. 1-1/2 cups)
200 g of bread flour (approx. 1-1/2 cups)
50 g of spelt flour approx. 1/3 cup)
300 g of water (approx. 1-1/3 cups)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsps honey
