~ Notes:
1) There are several ways to make two Pinch Twists at the start of a balloon. Since these tutorials are intended for young kids, I twisted them individually in the video. Young kids have greater success doing it this way.
** A "Split Twist" would be a faster and more efficient way to achieve this. (Basically making one larger bubble, or two small bubbles, and twisting in the middle to split it in half. The result would be two Pinch Twists.) This is an intermediate technique with a tutorial to come. **
2) Air control is important with this design. Don't squeeze too much air down the balloon, or you'll run out of room. Constantly monitor the remaining tail.
