How To Do Visual Kei Eyebrows

Visual Kei Eyebrows! Yush! Hope you like it! (•ω•ू❁) • I Remember when I started with the Vk look and didn't care about the eyebrows because I didn't know how to do! I didn't want to shave them off (at least not EVERYTHING). So I tried to find answers at youtube. But I didn't find a good tutorial enough.
