Before consider Installing Insulation on a tank, we have to make sure we have all the:
Material checklist:
1.) Insulation material
2.) One or two layer system & thickness
3.) Type of metal & thickness
4.) Tie wire, wing seals. Bands 3/4 or 1/2, Blue or SS, Springs, Bungie, Tear Drop, Screws, Caulking
5.) Kentwool 2" or 1" to fill voids
6.)Tools: Snips, Nipper, Bander, Divider, Knife, Caulking Gun, Drill, Ruler,
Elevation Equipment or Fall Protection Requirement.
Always double check with company or client for safety and Insulation requirement as every place or different work area apply other procedure.
