How To Make Belizean Jam Roll | Easy Method

Belizean Jam Roll is one those Belizean recipes that I'm customized to make it my own. Originally, jam rolls are made by rolling a piece of pie dough, then putting jam right down the middle, then folding one piece of the dough on top of the jam. Next fold the other piece of dough over on top then mash the ends with a fork. I changed it by laying down one layer of dough then spreading the jam and adding a layer of dough on top.
