You can get into shape at home working out with your hula hoop - all you need to do is:
⭐️start gently at a lower intensity
⭐️stimulate adaptations through gently increasing the intensity with incremental changes = PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
⭐️ to prevent repetitive strain injury and keep your body guessing: try different moves and tricks because the variety will really help you achieve results quicker
⭐️ once you are able to do higher intensity tricks & workouts: do give your muscles a chance to recover with active recovery sets
