Hyperkhukku III: pilot-controllable tailgunners!!
I am implementing a new change to Hyperkhukku that will allow players to look around while controlling airplane-physics vehicles without turning the whole plane, making situational awareness much more convenient in slow-turning capital warships and bombers and make fighters easier to control. Also, I recently had a dream that I was playing a new starship war game and I could effortlessly rotate my FOV to check my six o'clock and shoot the rear turret. I just added that awesome feature to my game. (If you want more details about my dream, the starting starship the player receives when playing the game for the first time is a modest but highly functional and powerful combat vessel with several forward fixed guns that shoot orange laser bolts, a single nose turret that shoots bright green laser bolts, and a twin rear turret that shoots red bolts. I fought in several space battles and racked up lots of points to buy new stuff, but the devs didn't code any new weapons and ship upgrades into the game yet. It was still awesome) Planned or in-progress 3D beta features: flight simulator mechanics, improved night mode graphics, foggy weather. 3D Beta: https://editor.p5js.org/davidjramirez04/full/muFbCEM_p 3D Live (recommended): https://editor.p5js.org/davidjramirez04/full/sIEIjaKEI 3D v3: https://editor.p5js.org/davidjramirez04/full/Gs-Ron0y- 3D v2: https://editor.p5js.org/davidjramirez04/full/47UYkVnbs 3D v1: https://editor.p5js.org/davidjramirez04/full/GBugshpK1 I programmed mobile support in the 3D version. You cannot use Safari to play the mobile version on your smartphone; the touchscreen won't work. Download Google Chrome on your phone instead and play it there. Many features won't be available. 2D Live: https://editor.p5js.org/davidjramirez04/full/Y8bYsSJGn 2D Beta: https://editor.p5js.org/davidjramirez04/full/5cP2JSW0s 2D v2 (old): https://editor.p5js.org/davidjramirez04/full/lD4RHd4DZ Click the Live links to play Hyperkhukku. It's free, ad-free, and it works in your browser with no app installation required or other tricky business (and no sign-in). The beta link is the beta edition of Hyperkhukku, which will be a step ahead of the Live version in terms of game development and features (sometimes a HUGE step ahead). Still, the Live link is guaranteed to be fully functional and stable. I genuinely hope you enjoy this battle simulator. I coded Hyperkhukku myself! It's been about a year since I first started coding it. Hyperkhukku is inspired by the video games Iron Rebellion, Warplanes, and Plastic Battlegrounds, all excellent VR games, as well as YouTube videos of Star Citizen and even Minecraft Unstable SMP. Share this video (and the game) with your friends and drop a like and subscribe. Also, please post your opinions and suggestions in the comments, as I have a very disappointing shortage of comments. Sharing tip: If you or a friend types "hyperkhukku" into YouTube search, these videos will be at the very top of the search results! If you have game feedback or have in-game bugs and glitches to report, please tell me in the comments and don't hold back (because if you don't, then the bugs/glitches will never be fixed!) #p5js
