I've been working several projects in between the Easter period: Some housekeeping and model making to get a headstart on a few future viewmodels, a cool collab or two that you'll see somewhere else very soon, as well as one super secret project you'll see later rather than sooner. That, and also this commission I did for a mutual. This was a pretty unique one: An energy pistol with no moving parts, one possible reload and a bolt action cell. As a result, I took inspiration from many of the Covenant weapons from Halo, with a touch of Deagle and Obrez. Thye like how it turned out and we hope you enjoyed it too. Made in Blender 4.3 and rendered in Cycles at 1024 samples with a noise threshold of 0.001 at 4K resolution. And now that I'm caught up with work, life and my new compe, more animations will be coming down the tube: Some soon, some later. But until then, take care and have a good one.
