I wrote this song back in October 2025, but I came up with the guitar part back in 2020 on accident. I had my guitar in an open F tuning to play Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp by Led Zeppelin, but by the next day I forgot it was in a different tuning and tried to play some normal chord shapes, which led to this song. The lyrics are about the uncertainty of everyday life, which has hit me hard now that I'm finally out of a decade and a half of academia. It has been hard coming to terms with the fact that there's not always a clear black and white answer to everything anymore, unlike in school. Yet sometimes it's better to not know everything, ignorance is bliss and all that.
