IKEMEN GO: Max Power

So, now we can have a proper max power identification, nice! Although "bg0" and "front" can identify max power, "bg1", "bg2" and "top" layers can't follow through because they're still static. What you see here, with the layers, is kinda hacky but if it works... Fun fact, the whole screenpack can print the names of the Blazblue chars just like the games: Λ-No.11-, μ-No.12- and ν-No.13-. The same goes for all of my released add-ons, they also have the required Greek letters for the BB characters. Be warned that I didn't add the full Greek alphabet because I don't need it. :) Btw, MUGEN can't print such glyphs natively. **Tries to use layerno =-1 in select screen.** **Becomes dust in the wind.** Ryu by PotS.
