I'm GLAD it's Summer
Glads (Gladiolus spp.) are beautiful summer flowers that have edible blossoms which come in a variety of colors. They bloom from midsummer through September. Be aware some people may develop a rash if they come in contact with their sap, although I've never had a problem. Also when eating a new food, eat onltya small portion to see how it affects you.
