Using a couple of tennis balls in a sock you can relieve tension from the base of the skull to the tailbone. Addresses a multitude of issues from neck, shoulder pain right through to lower back pain. Easing the tennis balls into sticky or stuck fascia has a positive effect in releasing fascia tension right across the body so making it a great all rounder!
