INDESIGN: Packaging an InDesign file
Packaging an InDesign file (File ► Package) is the process of collecting the project’s INDD file, used fonts, linked images, and graphics into a single folder for easy sharing, archiving, or prepress. Packaging ensures all external assets are included, preventing missing links or font substitution errors when opening the document on a different computer.
