The PMC team created detailed models of architectural elements of a large industrial facility, including walls, windows, doors, roofs, and floors, as well as exposed structural components and manufacturing equipment. Conveyor systems, bridge and rail systems, and material storage were also incorporated. The scope covered MEP systems larger than 2 inches in diameter, MEP objects over 6 inches cubed, and general fixtures for restrooms and office spaces. It also included the development of levels, grids, floor plans, sections, and elevations to ensure full model development. Models were developed at LoD 100 with basic representations and LoD 300 with specific, detailed assemblies.
