Infrared spectrum analysis test

1. Prepare the sample to be tested before the test. 2. Double click the mouse to open the computer desktop 0mnic test software. 3. Click the "experimental setting" option of the software, and check whether the spectrogram appears in the pop-up dialog box and whether the displayed value is correct. If the display of the optical table is incorrect, click the diagnosis option and select collimation. At this time, wait for 5 to 8 minutes, and then it will return to normal. 4. Rotate the pressing needle knob on the test bench counterclockwise to keep the pressing needle away from the dust cover. Remove the dust cover to one side, rotate the pressure needle to one side, and keep the infrared scanning center of the test bench free of any objects. Click the "acquisition background" option of the software to collect the current laboratory air background, and wait until the progress bar in the lower left corner of the software is full. 5. Place the test sample on the test bench, rotate the pressure needle to keep the pressure needle, sample and infrared scanning center in a straight line, rotate the knob clockwise to loosen and compress the test sample. 6. Click the "sample collection" option of the software and wait again until the progress bar in the lower left corner of the software is full. At this time, the software will prompt whether to place the background spectrum and the sample spectrum in the same window, click the "yes" option, then select the background spectrum and click the "delete" option. 7. Click "search setting" under "spectrum analysis", select the spectrum library to be compared and add it to the test. 8. Click the "spectrum retrieval" option, and the software will compare and analyze the spectrum of the sample and the matching degree between the spectrum stored in the software and the selected spectrum library. 9. After the retrieval, the interface displays the two most matching spectra of the sample and the corresponding compound names. More compound names are displayed below, in descending order according to the degree of matching. 10. Click the "preview report" option to generate infrared spectrum analysis report, and click the "select template" option to select different report templates. After the software generates the report, select the "print" option, select "PDF Print", select the file storage location after the PDF window pops up, and then click "OK" to export the test report.
