This video explains what to do when you have an infringment, from creating a tachograph printout, filling it in and uploading it to the Samsara system.
Key points:
1) Do a printout as soon as it is safe and legal to do so. Keep the printout for 28 days.
2) On the back of the printout, write an explanation of WHAT happened and WHY, give plenty of detail. SIGN the back.
3) Fill out an infringment report on Samsara app.
