The Ingramatic R&D Department developed exclusive systems including a new computerized starter unit for tooling set-up and motorized adjustment of the die match for higher final product accuracy. The adjustment and set up of the machine is achieved through the remote Electronic Handwheel, eliminating the use of hand tools. This device provides the operator precise control of the height position and the width of the rails, the die match with the adjustable position of the drive unit, and the set-up of the double starter unit. Thanks to this solution, set-ups can be made in less than 2 minutes from the touchscreen panel! The New Introduction System (patented) of the double starter unit is activated by brushless motors utilizing high precision pinion-rack units to control the movement of the starter slides. The "M-Group" provides the motorization of the drive unit and slide body position for quick and accurate control of the die match. The New Frame with the High Pressure hydrostatic Lubrication of the slide makes the I-Thread the most precise and reliable machine for high tensile parts.
