Powder coating enables us to provide specifiers with a wide range of colour choices, whilst ensuring that our products are protected with a beautiful and durable finish. However, we wanted to take the process one step further, so we have worked collaboratively with one of our key suppliers to develop an energy-saving low-bake powder that is applied on insulated panels on our bespoke production line. This has resulted in a fully Kingspan exclusive product that brings even greater choice for our clients, whilst reducing energy intensity and waste.
