Intermediate Mat Class
In this 55-minute intermediate-level workout, we’ll begin by warming up the shoulder complex before working our way down to activate the glutes and lateral chain. This targeted preparation will help support the challenging movements ahead, allowing you to fully engage your glutes, obliques, and lateral system.
