GitHub Documentation lags and Google Doc includes all necessary information too, including links to GitHub Add a 4-minute welcoming at the beginning of Town Hall. It always happens anyway We should have a Public Google Sheet to track the status of slides We keep communication addresses in different Sheet to protect the presenters' preferred method Include the After Town Hall presentation before the meet and greet breakout rooms Have a clear end of the Town Hall Slide, which helps to orient better. Also, it is easier to edit videos later.
