Iterative Planning

Test planning has the same problem it always had: we think we can figure everything out in advance. We never could. And with AI features in the mix, the definition of "correct" changes between iterations. You know what to expect, so you build a golden dataset for reference. It works. Then the customer wants security checks. Then prompt injection shows up. Then something nobody expected — the Spanish Inquisition. But that's another story. We learn in iterations. And no, AI won't save you. Planning isn't a phase. It's a loop.
