Jefferson Curl | Hamstring Flexibility!
In this video I break down one of my all-time favourite loaded hamstring flexibility exercises - the Jefferson Curl. This exercise is scalable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. It allows you to build strength through length, while simultaneously guiding you into new ranges of motion! There's been a lot of controversy over this movement since it started to become more popular. In my experience, it's had nothing but positive outcomes for me & my clients over the years. Despite what some people may think, this movement is very safe when performed CORRECTLY. Which is why I wanted to give you a blueprint for how to execute the movement with good form, and discuss the nuances of loading the movement.
