John Session 7

Cross Country Fellowship Bible Study of the Book of John. This session covered John chapter 3 verse 9 through 21. This was the second half of Jesus' discussion with Nicodemus. Jesus showed Nicodemus that salvation from sin is by faith in Him. Jesus came to earth the first time to live, die, and rise again to open a way for us to reach heaven when our bodies die. Throughout the history of mankind salvation from sin has always been by faith in God. Not one of us can be good enough to meet God's standards for God to allow us into heaven. Sin earns spiritual death. Jesus died in our place so we won't have to. All we have to do is believe that He died for us and make Him our Lord.
