John Wayne Casserole

In Today’s video, I am going to be showing you how I make John Wayne Casserole. Feel free to leave a comment below. I love to hear what you have to say!! 1 pound ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 pack taco season 1/2 c water 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp cumin 5-6 ounces chive & onion cream cheese, softened 1/4 c mayo 2 c bisquick 1 c water 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can rotel 2 to 2-1/2 cups shredded cheese Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook ground beef and onion until done. Drain and add taco seasoning and 1/2 c water. Simmer until most liquid is evaporated. Stir in rotel, corn, and black beans. Combine bisquick and 1 cup water to make a loose dough. Whisk together cream cheese, mayo, garlic posder, onion powder, and cumin. Spray a casserole dish. Layer in bisquick dough, then taco mixture, then cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
