A little late in the week but I was determined to squeeze it in. I tried a couple of things I haven't done before that were recommended and it felt good to change the routine up a bit. I'm feeling like I am getting a lot better extension in my hamstrings than when I first began with this. I should remember to make note of the progress I have made, because I suppose I have already come a long way. Just gotta keep on pushing. Thanks you for watching
