Work the heck out of your feet and quads with this challenging, unique squat variation. This is a really unique variation that could easily be overlooked, but there is a ton of value here. Use them for a warm up to prime the quads and feet or as a main lift if you are limited on equipment, want some variety, or need to deload your low back. Go light to start. 24kgs x5 is a solid goal for ladies and 32 x 5 for men.
