Hey NIFS! Trainer Evan bringing you a new video. In this video, I am giving you a full-body circuit that you can do using only two kettlebells! Grab two weights, one that you can press and row, and one that you can squat and deadlift(If you have access to more weights, you can choose to use more weights). The four movements presented are the kettlebell press, bent over row, front squat, and deadlift. You can use these movements in a circuit, or add them to your workout individually.
