Key Lime Bars
Key Lime Bars 16.5 oz. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed 2 cans (14 oz. each ) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 6 key limes (enough for 3/4 cup juice) 3 containers (6 oz. each) Yoplait Original Key Lime Pie Yogurt 1 Tablespoons grated lime zest Heat oven to 350°. Slice cookie dough into 1/2 inch slices and bake on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet for 20 to 22 minutes or until the top of the cookies are browned. You want the cookies to be crispy when cooled. Remove from the oven and cool the cookies completely. Place the cookies in a resealable plastic bag and crunch them up to fine crumbs. Place the cookie crumbs in a large bowl and stir in one cup of thawed Cool Whip. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13” dish or cake pan. In a large bowl mix the condensed milk, lime juice, and yogurt on medium speed until thickened and smooth. Gently fold in the remaining Cool Whip. Pour over the cookie crust and smooth the top.
