A special program for learning a few simple Breaking moves using Steppix CORE mat in the IBIS hotels lobby within Olympics 2024. Kick out + Kick back. A very important and useful move to lay foundation for your footwork. Starting from the initial position, which is squatting onto your knees with weight on your toes keeping your back straight in upright position. To start, place either of your hands (here we choose the right hand) diagonally behind you and kick both legs out to the front, with your left hip rotating forward. Then jump both feet back to the center, find your stability, and repeat the move on the other side (here would be your left hand initiating the move. Once you return back to center, this time place your one hand to the floor right in front of you and jump your feet backwards while rotating your hip towards the stabilizing hand. Jump back both feet to center and repeat this sequence for the other side. One variation of this move is to place your hand into your hip while jumping forward.
