It's been far too long since I last uploaded. But that doesn't mean I wasn't thinking of you. I've lacked a lot of inspiration since I last uploaded and even though I tried to make a couple videos here and there, nothing got finished. So I sat myself down a couple of days ago and forced myself to complete this video idea I've had ringing in my head for a while now. I do hope you all find it alright. It's simple as-per-usual, but hopefully it has a power to it that leaves a shiver. Or that's my ego talking. I cut the track short because I ran into a road block when i got half way through, and couldn't think of what to do with the rest of the video. I promise nothing, but hopefully I'll overcome that obstacle and be able to finish a longer version of this video. Otherwise, this is the finished product after a long break. Oh, as well, the little poem circulating through the video was a little something I threw together to make it a little more... Interesting? I hope it's not too out of place or confusing. It's suppose to be as if it were something B was writing through his hate/obsession in L. There was a favorite part of mine that didn't get put in because it was suppose to go into the second half of the video, but a nice little rhyme I made kind of describes Beyond's feelings for the Great Detective himself. Started off as transgression. Now it's blown into obsession. Either way, the basic premise behind the video is the battle mentally between the World's Greatest Serial Killer, Beyond Birthday, and the World's Greatest Detective, L Lawliet. But even though the whole video is based around the battle between him and L, it also generalizes for the whole Wammy House orphans. Basically I tried to get across what I've come to see from B's point of view. How the orphanage was a blood bath. How L was mocking him. How insanity crept in from both childhood abandonment, the constant reminder of death through his eyes, and the teasing goal of "World's Greatest Detective". All of this mashed together and twisted him into the monster he would inevitably become. As always, I do not own any of the wonderfully crafted pieces of art in this video. Wonderful job everyone! If you wish to receive recognition for your hard work, please send me a message and I'll be sure to fill your name into this description as duly noted.
