🍋 Kombucha Time! Fresh Mango Batch Ready!

This post highlights the process of bottling the first batch of kombucha with a mango flavour, using green tea and honey, along with some passionfruit pulp and frozen blueberries. The batch is now waiting in the fridge for 1-3 more days to develop its flavour. A fresh Scoby from this batch formed on top, showing the progress of the fermentation. Legacy scobys from previous batches are also visible, which helped speed up the fermentation process. The second batch, made with black tea and white sugar, is also in the works.
