It’s a reminder that it's easier to choose to float instead of fight, to observe instead of react, and to move with life instead of against it. The hook “I am cool, calm, and collected” isn’t just confidence. It's not a way of lying to myself or faking it until I make it. It’s a grounding phrase. A reset. Something to return to when the noise gets loud and the current starts pulling harder than expected. A reminder that floating along with the current will usually keep me from being smashed on the rocks. There’s a balance here between peace and responsibility.
