In this lecture, recursive DFT (R-DFT) based method, which is an extension of the conventional DFT based method, is discussed along with appropriate example. Further, relative merits and demerits of recursive DFT are also highlighted. Finally, phasor estimation algorithm based on least error square is discussed in details.
